3rd December 2015

The 3rd December 2015 is International Day of Persons with Disabilities. A day to celebrate people of differing abilities, to challenge perceptions and to promote an understanding of disability issues and mobilise support for the dignity, rights and well-being of persons with disabilities.

Throughout our work we have experienced many moments of pride in seeing our clients progress in their own abilities, outlooks and ambitions as they have become more independent, confident and enabled. This year alone we have seen some of our clients take part in events they would never have considered before attending our classes, from half marathons, to paratriathlons.

Here is our contribution to celebrating this important day with a short montage of the achievements made by some of the regular attendees of our classes.
