Wheel-Spin™ classes are intended to really push the boundaries, providing an intense cardiovascular activity. This exercise class is the wheelchair equivalent of running on a treadmill as a group activity, to a good beat with varying levels of intensity. It is a great way to improve your overall endurance and cardiovascular fitness for regular wheelchair use, both in daily living or for on court sports.

This new class starts in February 2014 at Halo Hereford Leisure Centre with limited places being available. The class lasts approximately one hour beginning with a warm up before moving in to the main body of the class. By the use of varying hand positions and rhythm, different levels of intensity can be achieved.
